1. Purpose and scope
These rules govern Studio profiles, photos, texts, reviews, replies, inquiries and global VIN records. They supplement the customer and studio terms .
2. The author's responsibility
The author is responsible for the lawfulness and truthfulness of the content and for holding the necessary rights to it. The author must not publish personal data of third parties without a legal basis, another person's work without a license, misleading advertising, threats, or hateful, fraudulent or otherwise illegal content.
3. Reviews
A review must describe the reviewer's own experience with a completed job. Prohibited are reviews created by a Studio about itself, purchased or fake reviews, rewards conditional on a positive outcome, and pressure to remove legitimate criticism. A Studio may reply factually and report the content.
4. Photos and identifiers
The uploader confirms that they hold the copyright or a license, and the consents or another legal basis for identifiable persons, license plates and other elements. Detailero recommends covering license plates and faces unless they are necessary for the presentation.
5. VIN records
The Studio making the entry must be publicly active and may state only a service it actually performed, the actual date and its own identity. A VIN does not serve as proof of ownership. The Studio must report and document an incorrect or disputed entry without delay.
6. Reports
A report must contain the exact location, an explanation of why the content is illegal or breaches the rules, the name or company name and e-mail of the person submitting the report, and a confirmation that it is submitted in good faith and that the information is accurate. Detailero will confirm receipt and, after assessing the report, communicate its decision if the contact is known.
Send reports to support@detailero.com.
7. Measures and statement of reasons
Depending on the nature of the matter, Detailero may leave the content in place, restrict its visibility, hide it, remove it, or suspend the related feature or the account. It takes into account the severity, reach, intent, repetition and the rights of the persons concerned. It provides the affected user with a statement of reasons and the option of an appeal, unless the law prevents this.
8. Misuse
Repeatedly providing manifestly illegal content or submitting manifestly unfounded reports may, after a prior warning, lead to a temporary restriction. The duration and scope correspond to the severity and frequency.
9. DSA point of contact
Electronic point of contact for users and authorities in matters of moderation and the Digital Services Act (akt o digitálních službách): support@detailero.com. Communication is possible in Czech, Slovak and English.
10. License to public content
The author grants Detailero the license necessary for storage, technical adaptation, publication, search, previews, sharing in the apps and promotion of the relevant profile. The author remains the owner of the rights and is responsible for the authorization. Detailero may keep a non-public copy as evidence of moderation or for its legal defense.
11. Authenticity and manipulation
It is prohibited to create accounts or jobs for the purpose of a review, to coordinate fake ratings, to offer consideration conditional on a positive rating, to threaten the author, to suppress only negative reviews or to circumvent the link to a completed job.
12. Repeated infringements
Before restricting a repeat infringer, Detailero takes into account the absolute number of manifestly illegal items or reports, their proportion, the severity of the consequences, intent and duration. In case of imminent danger, it may intervene immediately.
